>Undecided?
>You
have probably heard over and over the question: "So,
what's your major?" As an undecided student this
question can become extremely frustrating and make
you feel like you are the only one without a major.
The good news is that you are not alone. About 20%
to 50% of all freshmen who enter college are
undecided. The reality is that those with a major
are likely to change their major 2 to 3 times before
finally sticking with a major. So being undecided
allows you to be honest with yourself and lets you
explore the programs available at Clarion University
before choosing a major. The key to
success as an undecided student is to take advantage
of the resources, like the Advising Center and your
academic advisor, on campus so you can chose a major
in a timely matter.
>Concerned about being
undecided? Clarion University's own Dr. John Ernissee has written a short
essay on the benefits of being
undecided as you enter college. Click here to view the essay.
