Behavioral Agreement
As a participant and leader in the Emerging Scholars Program, I recognize my responsibilities and agree to the following commitments:
1. I
will abide by
2. I will abide by all state, local and federal laws.
3. I will use self-discipline and respect people in the program, university and the general community. This is a program that expects and is built upon mutual respect and dialect.
4. I will attend all classes unless I have an official excuse from my doctor or the health center.
5. I will come prepared for class, bring the required material and be ready to participate.
6. I will attend all scheduled events, including the social activities.
I realize that if I
do not live up to the terms of this agreement, I will be subject to removal
from the Emerging Scholars Program and my parent/guardian will be contacted as
soon as possible. (Your parents will be
responsible for picking you up from Clarion if you are removed from the
program). By affixing my signature
