Jill West and Blues Attack, a Pittsburgh based band playing their own style of
hard edged blues with a guitar blast.
Blues Attack has just won the Western Pennsylvania Blues Society
Competition and will be going to Memphis in January to compete against bands
from all over the world. In December,
Blues Attack was the opening act at Heinz Hall, Pittsburgh, with Bruce Springstein. http://www.jillwest-and-bluesattack.com/

Oil City, PA to sing country style songs, solo.
Tuesday, October 3, 6:30-8:30 p.m.
Eugene and the NightCrawlers, a blues, rock n’roll and
traditional/country blues band from Butler, PA.
Eugene and the NightCrawlers have been
together for 14 years and have played throughout Western PA, Ohio; Wheeling
,West Virginia; Blues Festivals, Star Lake Amphitheatre; and Heritage
Festivals. They are also volunteers for
senior citizen events. This band has
opened for Duke Rovlord, Sticks in Kansas, Molly
Hatchet, Lynard Skynard and
the Alman Brothers.

The Ambridge High School Steel Drum Ensemble, Ambridge, PA.
Thursday, October 5, 5:00p.m.-7:00 p.m.
Spirit on the Hill, Jazz Band quartet, Kenan Foley, Pittsburgh, PA.
Spirit on the Hill was established in recognition of the need for a
jazz ensemble that would present music that, while of limited commercial appeal, has significant artistic and cultural value. Pittsburgh is known throughout the world for
it’s contribution to the jazz tradition and the Hill District has been the
epicenter for much of that jazz activity.
The Spirit on the Hill jazz ensemble seeks to continue this legacy and,
in doing so, to be a “creative presence” in the community.

Grant Thompson,
from Grove City, PA will be providing musical entertainment with his keyboard
and musical instruments during Friday’s craft fair festivities.
