Safety Assistant Job Description

The Safety Assistant is responsible for assisting the University Safety Inspector with a variety of safety related duties. Duties could include: data entry, assisting with fire drills, inspecting fire extinguishers, general clerical work, and some project work.

Qualified applicants must possess good written and oral communication skills and general computer skills. Applicants must be have good organizational skills and be able to work independently with little supervision.

Applicants must complete a successful interview to be considered for this position.
