Dr. Joseph P. Grunenwald

On behalf of the entire Clarion University community, welcome to our official home page on the World Wide Web.

Any user of the World Wide Web knows that one of the greatest challenges is making the right connections. Even with the use of sophisticated search engines, we don't always find what we're looking for the first time.

Students face a similar challenge in choosing a college or university. At Clarion University, we provide students from diverse backgrounds with a wide variety of opportunities to connect with exciting people and ideas in an environment that is friendly and supportive.

Those opportunities extend beyond the classroom. Clarion students can be found presenting at regional and national conferences, competing in national tournaments and festivals, and participating in community service projects of all kinds.
