SCUPA - Sick leave will be earned at
the rate of 6% of all regular hours paid.

- Unused leave may be carried from one year to the next
- 200 days accumulation
- Required to contribute 2.6 days of sick leave annually to a "Sick Leave Bank."
It is understood by the parties that the sick leave in this bank is intended to provide
sick leave coverage to professional employees who have suffered a catastrophic illness and
who have exhausted all of their accumulated sick leave.
- 3-5 days of leave may be used for death of relative, depending on relationship
- 5 days of leave may be used for sickness in immediate family
- Payment of 30% accumulated unused sick leave to a maximum of 60 days upon retirement if
certain eligibility is met
