AFSCME - Sick leave is earned on regular hours
worked during a pay period (75 to 80). The rates are based on the collective bargaining
unit which your classification specifies.

- Unused leave may be carried from one year to the next
- 300 days accumulation
- 3-5 days of leave may be used for death of relative, depending on relationship

Payment in accordance with the following schedule for accumulated leave at retirement
or death while in active service if certain eligibility is met:
