CL-668 DAVIS HALL ROOF REPLACEMENT

Project description:        The General Contractor is the single prime contractor for this project.  The General Contractor’s work includes all work for the project.  The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: Contractor shall remove existing roofing membrane, roof insulation and all terminations and flashing indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide all disposal and recycling of demolition materials and new construction waste as much as is feasible. Provide new EPDM membrane roofing system with new vapor barrier, roof insulation as well as all new terminations and applicable details as indicate

CL-671 PARKING LOT – PAYNE STREET TO MCENTIRE

                  Project description:         This project is to provide construction of parking lots reaching from Payne Street to McEntire Building including demolition of existing sidewalks, pavement, curbing and utilities and provision of all site lighting fixtures, poles, concrete bases, and new utilities associated with construction of project.  Owner will occupy the surrounding buildings during construction; therefore all work is to be conducted in a manner that will not disrupt Owner’s operations. This is a multiple prime contract project and shall be a General Construction Contract. (CL-671.1), Electrical Contract (CL-671.4).

CL-660  STILL HALL DATA EMERGENCY GENERATOR

Project description:        The Electrical Contractor is the single prime contractor for this project.  The Electrical Contractor’s work includes all work for the project.  The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 

Demolition of existing diesel engine generator, fuel tank, and cap existing exhaust pipe. Remove exhaust pipe in its entirety and patch all openings with watertight materials. The existing transfer switch and panelboard and circuiting shall remain.  Furnishing and installing of all new exterior pad mounted generator in sound attenuation weatherproof housing, fuel tanks, transformers, automatic transfer switches, panelbaords, conduit, and feeders and circuiting.  Provide exterior concrete generator mounting pad along with all associated excavating, trenching, and back filling.  Also included is new concrete service walkway around the generator as indicated on the drawings.  Provide all materials necessary to connect remote generator status panel with existing campus wide Johnson Controls Metasys system to indicate trouble signal (generator did not start) to maintenance, public safety and boiler house monitors.  The Contractor shall provide all anchoring bolts and materials necessary to secure the generator and its weather proof housing to the generator pad

CL-657 FRAME & RHOADES HALL – FACILITY LOCKER ROOM/RESTROOM UPGRADE

Project description:        This Project is to provide interior renovations (Locker Room and Restroom) at specific areas at both Frame and Rhoades Hall, at the Venango Campus, Oil City, Pennsylvania.  Owner will occupy the buildings during construction; therefore all work is to be conducted in a manner that will not disrupt Owner’s operations. This is a multiple prime contract project and shall be a General Construction Contract.                    CL667 – KEELING HEALTH CENTER WINDOW REPLACEMENT

               Project description:    The General Contractor is the single prime contractor for this project.  The General Contractor’s work includes all work for the project.  The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 

Contractor shall remove existing windows and associated caulking, shims, and exterior metal sill material at locations indicated on drawings. Contractor shall provide all disposal and recycling of demolition materials and new construction waste as much as is feasible. Provide new aluminum windows, shims, caulking, and exterior aluminum sill as indicated.  Remove and reinstall or replace existing wood trim at window heads and jambs as necessary for window replacement, paint to match existing.  If necessary for window installation – remove, clean and re-install window blinds.
