This list of minority businesses has been compiled from a more extensive list of firms that have been certified by the Department of General Services as listed on their web site at:

It is offered as a simplified method of identifying minority vendors for specific items but should not be considered the sole source of reference for locating MBE/WBE firms providing these services or materials. The majority of firms on this list are located in the western part of Pennsylvania. However, there are firms in the eastern part of the state and in other states that may meet your needs.
The list is provided for informational purposes only and no recommendations or guarantees of a firm's performance is intended or implied.
Exclusion of any firms from the list is not intentional and should not be considered as a reflection on the capabilities of such firm to provide the necessary services.
