TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

 

Bidding Requirements:

 

  1. Bid Proposal Form;  The Bid Proposal Form attached to Addendum No. 1 is to be DELETED IN ITS ENTIRETY.  Substitute revised Bid Proposal Form, attached to this Addendum, into the Contract Documents.  (This revised Bid Form has corrected numbering of Base Bids for the Electrical Contract).

  1. Clarification regarding new electrical panels;  The electrical panels in the work noted as Panel ‘Z’, Panel ‘EM’, and ‘Panel at Frame Hall’, are all to be main lug only.

 

Drawing E3  NEW GROUND FLOOR PLAN

 

  1. Lighting Fixture Schedule-Rhoades Hall;  The fixture type ‘G’ (Catalog No. C132277 GEB10AL) is not used at Rhoades Hall, and is to be DELETED FROM THE SCHEDULE.

Please note that there is a Fixture Type ‘G’ in the Schedule for Frame Hall which is used and continues to be part of the Work.
