Sean A. McDonald

Sean A. McDonald was introduced to Clarion University
of Pennsylvania by one of the school's EOP/ACT 101 alumna, Ms. Leslie V.
Woods '90, in the spring of 1992. During the 1992 summer pre-college
six week experience at Clarion University, Sean had the pleasure of meeting
Mr. John D. Lovelace, EOP/ACT 101 Academic Advisor, who Sean still considers
a close mentor and a proponent to Sean staying at Clarion. Also,
Dr. Kathryn Graham, Professor of English, positively influenced Sean.
In such a way that Sean chose Secondary Education, English, as his undergraduate
major which he graduated with n May of 1997. Sean has gone on to
teach in Delaware and in Pennsylvania. He returned to Clarion in
January 2000 to pursue a Master's degree in Reading, as a reading specialist
and graduated in May 2001.
