In compliance with federal, state, and local fire-safety regulations and to insure reasonable comfort for all who attend Commencement, admission to the ceremony will be by ticket only. Each graduate who is participating in commencement will be issued eight tickets for guests. Tickets will not be issued to graduates who are not participating in the ceremony. Tickets may be picked up in the Registrar's Office 148 Becht Hall , between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, beginning Monday, November 27th. Photo I.D. is required. This will also be the earliest date tickets are mailed out.
There is a limited number of reserved seating for family members who have disabilities or special needs. We ask that only one additional family member accompany the special needs person in this area. You can obtain tickets for this area when you pick up your tickets at the Registrar's Office. These tickets will be in exchange for, not in addition to, your commencement tickets.
Degree candidates who are unable to personally obtain their tickets may complete the following online form: Graduation Response Form to have your tickets mailed or to notify us that you are not attending the ceremony. You may also pick up your tickets at rehearsal or have them held for pick up at the ceremony.
