Careers & Internships


Career options are many for psychology majors including human services, administrative, community relations, program development, research, human resources, public relations, advertising, market research, teaching, retailing, sales and more.

Many students train through our local domestic violence and rape crisis centers and are also placed in semester-long internships at a variety of sites including the local psychiatric hospital, a partial hospitalization program and an in-home family therapy agency. Students work with juvenile probation, CU Admissions, SAFE, PASSAGES, and Children & Youth Services.


Graduate school
