JOB AND CAREER OPPORTUNITIES FAIR

To BE ANNOUNCED
Clarion University, Clarion, PA

STUDENT/ALUMNI INFORMATION

Explore internships, summer jobs, part-time positions, full-time jobs, study abroad, and graduate schools or military programs.

This fair provides an informal opportunity for ALL students (freshman through graduate) and alumni to meet with recruiters representing business, government, graduate schools/professional programs and study abroad providers. It also provides an opportunity for students to talk with students and faculty who have experienced international study. Students from other colleges and universities are welcome.

Learn application procedures, make professional contacts, discover other career experience options, and obtain insight into required qualifications for various career opportunities in one location, on one day!

Should I do anything before the fair?

◾Avoid the lines! Pre-register 48 hours before the event to get a pre-printed nametag. Report to the pre-registered student check-in table for a speedy check-in! However, you don't have to be pre-registered for this event. Walk-ins are welcome! Blank nametags will be provided at Student check-in.
◾Review the Real-time detailed list and descriptions of participating organizations (majors sought, career opportunities, website) on Career Connections: Career Events & Fairs > Job and Career Opportunities Fair > Fall 2017 Job and Career Opportunities Fair > Click on the name of the organization for more details.
◾What should I wear?
◾I'm checking out different careers - What should I expect?
◾I'm looking for a job or internship - How should I prepare?

Do I need a resume?

◾Freshmen and Sophomores: If you have a resume - bring it! If not, don't worry.  Feel free to stop by to meet the recruiters to explore careers and learn about part-time jobs, summer jobs or get a jump start on your internship search!
◾Juniors, Seniors, Graduate Students and Alumni: If you are applying for jobs and internships, then you are encouraged to take resumes to this event.
