PROGRAM TO DEVELOP YOUNG LEADERS TO BE PRESENTED
AT Clarion University–Venango

OIL
CITY—International speaker and Venango County native Rick Capozzi will
speak at Clarion University–Venango Campus on Monday, August 8, about
“Engaging the Power of Youth.” The program, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. is
free-of-charge and will include lunch.
“The future success of our region depends on helping our young people gain
the skills and insight to assume community leadership positions,” said Dr.
Christopher M. Reber, executive dean of the Venango Campus. “My colleagues
and I are delighted to host Mr. Capozzi’s presentation, which is
informative, interactive, and fun. We hope that it will generate interest
in the young people of our area to seek ways to recognize and develop
their own potential for leadership.”

districts, universities, and individuals on “soft skills” such as
communication, memory, creative problem-solving, and team dynamics. His
work has taken him to South America, Mexico, Canada, Japan, Europe, and
