Conferences / Meetings
Some of our most popular spaces include Gemmell Multi-Purpose Room, Eagle Commons, Hart Chapel, Marwick-Boyd Auditorium, Suites on Main Theater, and several meeting rooms that can accommodate groups between 30-120. We have state-of-the-art rooms that are included with projectors, screens and technical options upon request. We also have a new on-site catering company, Wood St. Catering that offers many options for your event. You can find more information as well as order online at Wood St. Catering.
If you are looking to host your conference here at Clarion, we have options to facilitate one-day or week-long conferences. If you know what location you would like to reserve, please fill out our facilities usage request form here. If you are not sure which location would be right for you, please note on form and our Assistant Director will be in contact regarding your options.
