Central Systems
CNet (Clarion networks and authentication), clarion.edu, www.clarion.edu web site, Clarion Shares, and Master Calendar
Our core central systems operate 24 x 7 EXCEPT for the following dates/times:
- Standard Weekly System Maintenance:
- Every Friday - 4:30 am - 7:30 am
- During the weekly maintenance window, central systems may be unavailable due to standard hardware and software maintenance
- Routine Backups (MyClarion portal ONLY)
- Daily - 3:30 am - 4 am
- Scheduled Downtime

D2L and Clarion Information Systems
Our information systems are available as follows:
- MyClarion
- 24 x 7 except for weekly maintenance Tuesday and Friday from 4:30 am - 7:30 am
- D2L
- 24 x 7 except for monthly maintenance on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 1 am - 7 am
- SAP Finance and Human Resources
- 24 x 7 except for weekly maintenance Friday 8 pm - Saturday 8 am
- Alumni Development and Finance Systems (Blackbaud)
- Daily 5 am - 11 pm
- Scheduled Downtime
