Application to a degree program is made through the university hosting that degree (i.e. Clarion or IUP).  Official transcripts are required.  For more information on each program's admission requirements, please click here.

Associate Degrees

Associate of Arts:  Arts and Sciences - Clarion University 

Associate of Science: Early Childhood Education

Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Completion Program - Clarion University

Masters Degrees

Master of Science in Rehabilitative Sciences - Clarion University

Master of Science in Library Science (Focusing on rural and small libraries- Cohort Program)

Current or Former Clarion Students

If you are a current or former Clarion student and are interested in AA in Arts and Sciences degree program or the Bachelor of Science in Nursing - Completion Program, you do not need to apply.  Instead, you will need to either request re-admittance into Clarion or request to be transferred into this program.  Please contact the Clarion registrar for details at 814-393-2229.

If you are a current or former Clarion student and are interested in the MS in Rehab Sciences degree program or the MS in Library Sciences program, you will need to submit an application to that program.  Please click here for more information or call 814-393-2337.

Clarion students wishing to enroll in online courses offered by IUP but not in one of the online degree programs offered must contact IUP directly. Once you complete the course, you will need to request that your transcripts be transferred to Clarion. Enrollment at IUP is NOT included in your enrollment at Clarion and you will be required to pay additional tuition and fees to IUP  to enroll in these classes.
