Applied Technology Department Chair:
Dr. Bill Hallock
I have been at Clarion University–Venango Campus for more than two years as the department chair and assistant professor in the Department of Applied Technology. I have spent more than 25 years working in the carpentry and construction field. Previous to Clarion University–Venango Campus, I worked for five years as an educational technology consultant for a national textbook company, four years as a high school principal in the Kansas City area, and three years as a high school business teacher and coach. I have a bachelor's degree in business education and a master's in school administration, both from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, Mo. I have completed my Ed.D. in educational leadership from the University of Kansas.
