Applied Technology Department Chair: Dr. Bill Hallock
I have been at Clarion University-Venango Campus for over two years as the Department Chair and Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Technology. I have spent over 25 years working in the carpentry and construction field. Previous to Clarion University-Venango Campus, I worked for five years as an Educational Technology Consultant for a national textbook company, four years as a High School Principal in the Kansas City area, and three years as a High School Business Teacher and Coach. I have a bachelor's degree in Business Education and a Master's in School Administration, both from Northwest Missouri State University, Maryville, MO. I have completed my Ed. D in Educational Leadership from the University of Kansas.
