Venango Campus – Residence Suites

Framing, blocking and sprinkler installation are complete for both buildings with window installation and roof complete on building 4.  Contractors are finishing the roofing and moving on to soffit and fascia, landings, steps, doors and concrete work on the outside and drywall on the inside.  The contractor is on track for its scheduled opening in August.

Venango Campus – Venango Pond

The pond and associated dam are working as designed, with finishing touches awaited in the near future.

Venango Campus – Rhoades Locker Room

The last shipment of glazed block arrives this week allowing final installation and project completion.  The gym is available for events.

Clarion Campus – Science-Technology Building

Interior work this week included the last of the laboratory casework, base molding, and continued programming of the HVAC controls, data connections, and electrical outlets and lighting.   This past week emergency generator testing started with spandrel glass installation continuing throughout the week.
