The university police department conducts parking lot surveys several times each semester to see what the usage of our lots are at specific times of certain days. This practice is to be certain that we are able to accomodate all our students and employess who have been issued on-campus parking permits. We also hold community functions on campus and need to know where we can offer parking to those visitors using the campus facilities.
