Registrar's Office - Enrollment and Degree Verifications

Students may need verification of their enrollment status at Clarion University for a variety of reasons such as eligibility for insurance coverage or financial aid.

Verification that a student is scheduled for a particular term can be processed once a schedule has been prepared for that term. Verification of actual enrollment can only be processed once the semester has begun.

Undergraduate students with a schedule of 12 or more credits will be certified as full-time and students with less than 12 credits will certified as part-time (three quarter time, half time or less than half time).

Graduate students with a schedule of 9 or more credits will be certified as full-time and students with less than 9 credits will be certified as part- time.

Enrollment Verification Self-Service

*NOTE: Effective Monday, March 21st, Enrollment Verifications will no longer be processed through the Office of the Registrar. Verifications can now be printed through the MyClarion student center through your web browser and through the National Student Clearinghouse website.*

1.  How to obtain an official enrollment verification through the National Student Clearinghouse web site (at NO cost to the student):

Step 1 - MyClarion

• Log on to MyClarion using your Username and Password
• Click on Student Center
• Click on the My Academics Link
• Click on the Request Enrollment Verification link

Step 2 - National Student Clearinghouse Gateway

• Click on the National Student Clearinghouse link that is located under the 'Official Enrollment Verification Report' heading.
• Select "current enrollment" or "all enrollments."
• Select "Obtain an enrollment certificate."
• Print the information you see on the screen by choosing the Print option on the Browser.  This is all you'll need.
• Logoff the National Student Clearinghouse Window."
• Click "Sign Off" (upper right hand corner) to logoff MyClarion.
• Submit the enrollment verification to the agency requesting proof of your enrollment.

2.  How to obtain your enrollment verification through your Web Browser:

• Log on to MyClarion using your Username and Password.
• Click on Student Center
• Click on the My Academics Link
• Under 'Select Processing Options' include the options and terms you wish to include on your verification.
• Click "Submit."
• Scroll to the bottom and Click "Printer Friendly Version."
• Submit the enrollment verification to the agency requesting proof of enrollment.
