Deadline to file Application for Graduation with your academic department. |

Deadline for your college dean to approve your Application for Graduation and to notify the Registrar's Office. (Approval by your college dean is necessary in order to be eligible to participate in Commencement, have your name printed in the program, and receive reserved tickets for your guests.) |

Early April |
Letter with information regarding graduation sent to your campus/local address. Information is also available at the Registrar's Office. |

April |
Ticket distribution begins in the Registrar's Office, 122 Carrier. Tickets may be picked up between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. If you are unable to obtain your tickets in person, please contact Ms. Julie Whitling in the Registrar's Office (814-393-2229 or registrar@clarion.edu) no later than December 5. Your tickets will be mailed to you or held for pick-up at rehearsal. |

President's invitation to your family to attend Commencement. |

April 30 |
Commencement rehearsal at 4:00 p.m. in Waldo S. Tippin Gymnasium. Attendance at rehearsal is strongly encouraged. |

May 2 |
Commencement ceremony. |

May 12 |
Unofficial transcripts with degree posted will be available via the I-Clarion Portal under Web for Students. Requests for official transcripts must include name, Clarion ID, signature, and address for forwarding transcript. |

Mid June |
Expect receipt of diploma in the mail. |

Please note: All holds must be cleared from your record before your diploma and final transcripts can be released. Holds include any financial obligations to the university, including fees, parking tickets, Hreachmack loans, and completion of the Perkins Exit Interview. |

All graduation requirements must be completed before your diploma will be mailed. Any course with a grade of Incomplete or In-Progress must be changed to a letter grade before your degree can be granted. All transfer credits must be received and recorded. |
