Clarion University–Venango Campus is part of the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education, which impacts the cost of tuition enormously. Currently, Commonwealth taxpayers subsidize 48.5% of the cost of tuition. This translates into a quality education at an affordable price.
However, for most Clarion University students, financial aid is important. Over 72% of Venango Campus students receive some form of aid. We suggest that all students complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) regardless of financial need.
Scholarship opportunities are available to all Venango Campus students. The local community has been very generous through the years by offering scholarships for specific majors as well as the general student. The FAFSA and Venango Scholarship applications are available from high school guidance offices or the Venango Campus Administration Office.
