Connecting to Web for Faculty


Collaborative Program Log in Information

Various distance education instructors, collaborative program instructors and part-time temporary instructors have the same need to use Web for Faculty services, but can not access the system through the iClarion Portal. These instructors must access Web for Faculty.  Each instructor is sent their ID and PIN in a personalized mailing. Included in the mailing is the following "Quick" guide to Web for Faculty.

When can I Connect?

Web for Faculty can be accessed Seven (7) days a week from 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.

How Do I Connect?

Go To...
https://student.clarion.edu/afhomepg.htm

Click...
"Login to Faculty Services". This will take you to the sign in page.

Enter your Faculty ID...
Refer to ID in personalized mailing.

Enter your PIN...
Refer to PIN in personalized mailing.

Click...
"Login"

Select a term...
From the drop down menu and click "select".

Start Using Web for Faculty...
Select from the below services and access your course management options.

  • Faculty Schedule
  • Class List
  • Wait List
  • Grade Courses
  • Advisee Services
  • Course Section Search
  • Change PIN

"TO DO" LIST FOR FIRST TIME USERS

Create a "Forgot PIN" question...

Enter a question and answer to that question that is not easily identified to you, but that you can easily remember. If you forget your PIN, using your Faculty ID and the "Forgot PIN" button will assist you in signing in and changing your PIN.

Update your PIN...

The first time you log in to Web for Faculty, it is recommended that you change your PIN for security purposes. You may also change your PIN at any time if you feel your privacy has been compromised. Select "Change PIN" from the main menu after you log on.

Entering Student Grades...

  • From the Faculty Services Menu, select "Grade Courses". Be sure you have selected the appropriate term.
  • From the drop down menu, select the appropriate course section.
  • You will be taken into a grading roster. Enter each student's grade.
  • Click "Submit". Be sure to grade all students on your roster.
  • Repeat the process by selecting the next course section selection and continue until all your grades are submitted.
