Usernames
All Clarion University students are provided with a computer account known as your iClarion username. Your iClarion username always begins with s_ followed by the first initial of your first name, your middle initial (if provided), and your last name. All characters are in lower case. There is a maximum of twelve characters in the username. Example: s_jlsmith.
If two people have the same name and initials, a number is added at the end of the username (i.e. s_jlsmith1). To find your username, please search the on-line student directory.
All accounts are subject to the Clarion Acceptable Use of Technology Resources Policy.
Passwords
Your initial iClarion password is a 13 digit number consisting of your nine digit social security number followed by your four digit month and date of birth. Upon initial access of your account, you should change your password immediately!
Clarion ID
Every student is assigned a unique eight-digit Clarion ID. You will use your Clarion ID for any forms or correspondence requiring an identification number. Please review the Clarion ID page for more information.
E-mail & the iClarion Portal
Your iClarion account includes for e-mail services. Please see the Clarion E-mail Information page for full details on the available e-mail services.
The iClarion portal provides not only e-mail access, but also access to a wide range of campus services including access to your student records (registration, bills, grades, etc.) and important university announcements.
