Please contact Karen Spuck via email or telephone with the request form information. Hint: You may save a blank request form on your computer for future requests.
To Ensure a Positive SIM Experience:
1. Please make requests at least two weeks in advance. Check the calendar for available dates.
2. At the time of your request, let me know of any special considerations, i.e. limited access to power or water in your room.
3. Please do not schedule a visit when you are going to be absent.
If you have already scheduled a visit, and find that you will be unable to be at school on that day, please contact me as soon as possible so that we can reschedule your visit.
4. In case of a school delay or closing, please contact me asap, so that we can reschedule your visit.
