What is the Experience Expo?
The Clarion University Experience Expo is an opportunity for businesses, organizations and non-profit agencies which have internships, summer jobs, part-time positions, or volunteer opportunities to connect with students who are seeking these experiences.

Registration Fee and Deadline
Standard registration fee for employers is $25. There is no charge for non-profit organizations. The Expo is not for employers recruiting for full-time positions. The Campus Recruiting Days and Education Job Fair are held for that purpose.
Expo Registration includes:
- One eight-foot table
- Chairs for two recruiters
- Parking shuttle service
- A listing in the Directory that is distributed to students at the fair
Following the submission of your online registration form, you will receive an invoice. Mail your registration fee with a copy of the confirmation letter/invoice to:

A full refund of the registration fee will be made if a written cancellation is received by Monday, February 1, 2010.

Registration for this event will open in September 2010.

Facilities
- The Experience Expo is located in the Multi-Purpose Room on the second floor of the Gemmell Student Center.
- Recruiters are asked to arrive at the designated unloading area between 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
- Student volunteers will be available at the cul-de-sac between 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. to provide you with your parking permit and assist you with transporting your materials to the Gemmell Multi-purpose room while the other recruiter parks your vehicle.
- One eight-foot table, tablecloth and two chairs will be provided.
- You may place a banner or display on your table (6' x 3').
- Signs are not permitted to be taped or tacked to the walls of the Multi-Purpose Room.
- Wireless Internet service is available. However, you must provide your own laptop and wireless card.
- A limited number of electrical outlets will be made available on a first registered, first served basis.
- Organizations must supply their own audio/visual equipment and extension cords.
- Recruiters are asked to remain at the Expo until the advertised ending time of 2:00 p.m.
Lunch/Refreshments
Lunch will be on your own. The Golden Grill Food Court and Ritazza Coffee Shop are conveniently located on the first floor of the Gemmell Student Center. Recruiters are encouraged to stagger their lunch break so that each table has at least one representative available to talk with students.

Unloading Materials and Parking
- Beginning at 9:30 a.m., you may temporarily park your vehicle on the Payne Street cul-de-sac between Tippin Gymnasium, Marwick Boyd Fine Arts building and Gemmell Student Center to unload your materials, receive a parking permit and to be directed to the Reinhard Villages. There will be an Experience Expo recruiter check-in sign and volunteers at that location.
- If you bring more than one recruiter, we suggest one recruiter unload and check-in and the other recruiter take your vehicle to the designated parking area.
- Student volunteers will be available at the cul-de-sac between 9:30 - 10:30 a.m. and 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. to help recruiters transport materials to and from the Gemmell Multi-purpose room.
- If you chose to park on campus at a metered space you will need to feed the meter. Parking tickets will be the responsibility of the recruiter.

Canceling
As a courtesy to those organizing the fair, please call the Career Services Center if your organization/agency has to cancel at the last minute.
