Holocaust Remembrance 2013: Remembering Genocide in Popular Music

Phil Holtje, curator of the Holocaust Awareness Museum in Philadelphia, will present "Holocaust Remembrance 2013: Remembering Genocide in Popular Music" at 7:30 p.m. April 14 in Hart Chapel at Clarion University.

Holtje will explore how people survived such atrocities through their religious faith, and examine how people use popular music to keep alive the memories of recent genocide with the hope of preventing it.

This event is part of the Mary L. Seifert Cultural Series, "In God We Trust?"
