Clarion ID (Student Identifier)

Background

All students are assigned a unique 8 digit identification number known as the Clarion ID..

Note:  you will continue to use your iClarion username and password to access student services within the iClarion portal (registration, grades, etc.).   (Click Here for more information about iClarion usernames and passwords).  However, you will need to use your Clarion ID for any paper forms or correspondence that requires an ID number.

You can find your Clarion ID by logging on to the iClarion portal and accessing your Personal Information Form (PIF).

Here are the specific steps to navigate to the PIF:

  • Logon to the iClarion portal (iclarion.clarion.edu)
  • select "School Services"
  • select "Web for Students"
  • select "Student & Financial Aid
  • select the "Personal Information, Update Your Personal Information Form (PIF)" menu option.
  • Your Clarion ID will be displayed at the top of the form.

Q:  Why do I need to know my Clarion ID?

The Clarion ID is your student identification number that will be used exclusively for processing student information through electronic and paper processes. It is important for you to learn your Clarion ID and carry your Eagle card with you for identification. Without proper identification the administrative offices will not be able to assist you with questions and services.
