Clarion Shares Folder
Clarion Shares is a new feature of the Clarion computing environment to provide a single location on your desktop to access network files that are shared with others via the Clarion Team Shares service. Under this model, the Clarion Shares desktop folder provides access to team-based shared network disk space. If you are a member of a team with Clarion Team Shares network space, the Clarion Shares folder will appear on your desktop automatically. Links to your shared team spaces are automatically created and removed when you login with your iClarion account based on your current team group membership. Note that this is available only on Clarion University owned computers running Windows XP and managed by Computing Services.

- Click Save As and then click Desktop in the left panel
- Double-click Clarion Shares
- Double-click the Clarion Team Shares network folder then any subfolders
- Specify the file name and click Save
A: Go to My Documents and then right-click on the file you want to copy and choose Copy. Now go to your Desktop, then Clarion Shares and then the Clarion Team Shares network folder where you'd like to copy the file. Right-click and choose Paste.
