Pre-Registration and Presentation Form - Submission Deadline March 29 April 5, 2013
Please fill in the following to register for the conference. If you do not pre-register for the conference by April 5, we cannot guarantee dinner on Friday night will be available. Saturday refreshments will be provided and lunch tickets will be available at the registration desk for $6.75.
All presentations are scheduled for 20 - 25 minutes in length, but adjustments can be made. Please use the Special Requests box of the form to request a longer time slot.
All presentation rooms are equipped with computers, laptop connections, document cameras, DVD players, sound, and projection capability (Mac users may have to provide their own dongle).
