Cardio Area
The 1200 sq foot cardiovascular area overlooks the three multi purpose courts and weight room. This area has stretching machines, treadmills, Precor ellipticals, Cybex arc trainers, steppers, stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, expresso fit bikes, a rower, a cycleplus and an airedyne bike. This area is also equipped with broadcast vision televisions and some machines have personal viewing screens for your entertainment needs.
Indoor Equipment, Track, 3 Multi purpose Gym Courts
In order to accommodate student's needs, we have basketballs, volleyballs, footballs, dodge balls, soccer balls, beach balls, playground balls, tennis rackets and balls, badminton, ping pong, frisbee, hockey equipment, boxing gloves, jump ropes and weight belts.
Weight Room Equipment
We have a 48,000 square foot weight room with over 150 pieces of equipment including: free weights, plate loaded and variable resistance machines. We have benches, boards, bars, training stations, and dumbells. Plate loaded and variable resistance machines include abdominal, leg, torso, lateral pull down, calf, hip, chest, arm, tricept, and back, shoulder press, smith machines, scott curls, miltary press, galileo cable cross over and many more.
Outdoor Recreation Equipment and Group Fitness
For those who may want to take advantage of the Clarion area outdoors, we have mountain bikes, rollerblades, corn hole, ring toss, kickball, sleds, tubes (for snow and water), toboggans, tents, back packs, helmets and pads for rent. Students can borrow equipment with an ID some equipment will cost $2/day or $7/week or $25/month. Community rental fee is $5/day, $10/week or $30/ month for outdoor equipment usage. Community can become Group Fitness members.

Indoor Climbing Wall
The 32 x 25 foot high climbing wall has seven climbing stations. The stations range from easy to hard climbs with challenging bouldering routes. Shoes, harnesses and helmets are available. Groups rentals and student reservations are accepted. Learn to climb clinics are available every semester. No additional cost for students and members. Birthday parties are available for a fee. Belay certification courses are available to those that want to learn more about climbing.
