As previously announced, the PASSHE Wimba Classroom contract ended June of 2013. Blackboard Collaborate is the replacement web conferencing tool for all PASSHE system universities. Students, please click on the "Resources for Students" link above.

With the final migration to Collaborate, Wimba archives are no longer available for download.

Collaborate Overview

The Collaborate product gives users improved functionality to support a 21st Century teaching and learning environment including live audio, video, interactive whiteboard, content display, application and desktop sharing, polling, breakout rooms, session recording and chat. Educators and online students can engage as if they were in a traditional classroom. Collaborate is not just for those teaching online, face-to-face instructors can use it to enhance learning of more difficult concepts by recording lessons so students can replay as necessary. Departments can hold virtual meetings and office hours. The possibilities are endless.
