A concert of oboe concerti will be performed on Sunday, Sept. 7, at 3:15 p.m., in the Marwick-Boyd Fine Arts Auditorium at Clarion University. The concert is free and open to the public.

 

Performers include Clarion Univeristy’s Dr. Brent Register, professor of music, oboist; Dr. Brian Dunn, professor of history, organist; Dr. Paula Amrod, professor of music, keyboardists; and bassoonist Trina Gallup, bassoon professor at Susquehanna University and the principal bassoonist in the Nittany Valley Symphony and the Altoona Symphony.

The concert will include works by Tomaso Albinoni, Allesandro Marcello, G.F. Handel, and Dominico Cimarosa.
