Procedures for Construction Projects
This web site has been developed to assist university staff and construction contractors in understanding the rules and regulations associated with accomplishing construction projects on campus and to provide contractors with the necessary information to develop a business association with the university.
Construction projects involve the expenditure of public funds and, as such, are closely governed by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the requirements of Act 57. Pertinent information relating to Act 57 is included herein, but should not be considered a complete reiteration of all of the requirements contained in the Act.
