The Office of Marketing and Communication -- formerly part of University Relations and now a part of the Center for Advancement -- communicates the official position of the university and advances its image. This office assists in community and governmental relations, emergency communications and general public relations. The director of marketing and communication serves as the spokesperson for the university. |

Marketing
A brand-marketing program includes a design for official publications related to student recruitment and a website that reflects the brand. The website empowers academic departments to more easily update their website content while staying within the university brand.
All promotional advertising is placed through this office.
The Office of Marketing and Communication works closely with Enrollment Management on recruitment and retention activities.
