1. Improved remote access to e-mail and calendar. The Web-based user interface
(Outlook Web Access or Apps - "OWA") is easier to use and provides greater
functionality than iClarion. For mobile device users, any device with ActiveSync
capabilities will be able to synchronize with Exchange for e-mail and calendar.
2. A more robust contacts interface that provides ubiquitous access to a centralized address book.
3. High availability and prevention of data loss in the event of a system or hardware failure.
All e-mail and calendar information is stored on a central server that is backed up daily.
