The Clarion University Foundation, Inc. offers new apartment-style residence facilities for Clarion University–Venango Campus students. The apartments are located directly across the street from the campus. Students enjoy a private bedroom and a semi-private bathroom and share a common kitchen and living/dining area. All apartments are furnished and have all appliances, including a washer and dryer. Each apartment houses four students.
Housing is available for all students, however those outside commuting distance to the campus are given first preference. The 2008-2009 cost for a 12-month lease is $6,240 or $520 per installment and a 10-month lease is $5,600 or $560 per installment. This cost includes all utilities (electric, air conditioning, heat, cable, high-speed Internet access, and local telephone).
Also included is a Clarion University Dining Services Flex Dollars Plan in the amount of $200.00, which can be used at the Robert W. Rhoades Center CrossRhoades Cafe and any Clarion campus dining facility.
