• President and CEO of Klapec Trucking, Oil City, Pa., which maintains a fleet of 80 trucks and 150 trailers, employs more than 90 people and provides freight transportation to the 48 contiguous states, Canada and Mexico
• Under Urban's leadership, in 2011, Klapec Trucking was named Pennsylvania's safest trucking company by Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association; in 2010, it was recognized as a Patriotic Employer; in January 2010, it was honored for support of Operation Enduring Freedom; in 2009, it was recognized by the Pennsylvania Industry Partnership for Leadership
• 2009 recipient of Venango Area Chamber of Commerce's Woman in Business Award
• Founding member and board member of Venango Area Chamber of Commerce; board member of Oil City YMCA; involved in Oil Heritage Festival and other Venango Area Chamber activities
• Active member of St. Stephen Church, serving as a lector, treasurer of the St. Stephen Rosary Society and assisting with the annual parish festival.
• Member of National Federation of Independent Businesses, Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism, Pennsylvania Motor Truck Association and American Trucking Association and steering committee member for Erie Shippers' Association
