Minor in Leadership
The minor in leadership is an interdisciplinary approach with courses taken in sociology, ethics, management, communication, and political science. Students are able to design the 18-credit program to fit their specific needs by choosing from an emphasis on individuals, groups, or organizations. Through the courses offered in this program, students will gain a better understanding of the roles the individual, group, and organization play in a leadership setting. Once a student completes their minor in leadership, they will have a better understanding of leadership in society today. The minor is housed in the College of Business Administration but is open to students in all majors.
*Students can also achieve a Minor in Leadership-Military Science Track by completing the Military Science Track Basic Course Program and Advanced Course Program.
