Issues for victims, consequences for perpetrators and treatment and prevention of sexual assault/aggression will be addressed by panelists Diane Kuntz, PASSAGES, Inc.; Brenda Manno, Project Point of Light; Mark Lapore, Clarion University Counseling Center; Tracy Park, victim services/district attorney's office; and a survivor. Dr. Bob Girvan, Clarion University professor emeritus, sociology, will moderate. Clarion University Presidential Commission on the Status of Women, Clarion VDay Project, Women and Gender Studies Program and PASSAGES, Inc. are sponsors.

PhotoVoice Exhibit, "Through Our Lens"
Please join us from 5 to 7 p.m. April 26 in the University Gallery for a PhotoVoice exhibit, "Through Our Lens: Who do you think I am? I bet you're wrong." View more than 60 photographs, essays and journal entries created by 13 female juvenile offenders placed in Mid-Atlantic Youth Services, Emlenton. These young women from across the state, ages 15-20, tell stories of past mistakes, violence they committed and the violence committed against them. They show their struggle to heal and change, and report on the condition of their bodies, hearts and minds. They worked with the Women and Gender Studies Program and Clarion VDay members, initiators of the project, to empower self, educate others and stop the violence.
