Math and Science Interview Day Consortium
Our consortium of 28 western PA college/universities offers employers well prepared and qualified candidates for this one day Math and Science recruiting event giving companies an opportunity to interview regional college/university students for internship and professional employment. Only candidates from participating colleges are eligible to participate in the Math and Science Interview Day Program.
Participating Colleges, Universities, and Organizations
- Candiates will register and submit resumes to respective college/university
- Employers will receive student resumes
- Employers will select the students s/he wishes to interview and submit a list to the Consortium representative
- The Consortium will arrange the the interview schedules so that each recruiter will meet with selected candidates
- Employers and candidates will receive interview schedules at least one week in advance
- Candidates who have been selected by the employers meet with recruiters for scheduled half hour interviews

How to apply:
- Complete the Candidate Registration Form and submit it electronically with your resume to your Career Services office by October 26, 2011.
- Save your your Candidate Registration form and Resume as a Word document (97-2003) or PDF document and in the following formats:
- Candidate Registration Form: LastName_FirstName_Registration
- Internship Resume: LastName_FirstName_Internship_Resume
- Employment Resume: LastName_FirstName_Employment_Resume
- Candidates should contact their Career Services office for further information on how to apply and submit their resumes. Interested candidates may need to have their resume approved by their respective career services office. Your Career Services office information is linked above in the Participating Colleges and Universities section of this webpage.
Candidate Selection Information
- Employers will review submitted resumes and select the students they wish to interview. Not everyone will be chosen for an interview.
- Candidates will be notified of their application status on November 11, 2011 by their Career Services office.
- Contact your Career Services office for transportation information.

- Candidates and employers should park in the Lower West Lot. The Interview Program is inside that entrance.

- October 3, 2011 Submit Employer Registration Form and internship/job posting forms to Kati Edmiston at edmistkj@westminster.edu
- October 26, 2011 Employers will receive flash drives containing candidates' resumes for interview selection
- November 4, 2011 Employers will submit names of selected candidates via email to consortium representative
- November 10, 2011 Employers will receive interview schedules
- November 18, 2011 Employers interview candidates at CCAC Boyce Campus
