The theme for this event is "Corporate Social Responsibility in the 21st Century: Coping with Globalization."

The article, "e-HRM in Mexico: adapting innovations for global competitiveness," was co-authored with Jacobo Ramirez and Laura Zapata-Cantu, both faculty members at Tecnologico de Monterrey, Monterrey, Mexico.
The book Successful Professional Women of the Americas (Elgar, 2006; ISBN: 1-84542-437-9), co-edited by Dr. Miguel R. Olivas-Lujßn, professor of management at Clarion University, received the highest possible evaluation granted by the Brazilian Educational System to an edited, research-based book this year.
Dr. Miguel R. Olivas-Lujan, professor of administrative science at Clarion University, wrote a review of the book, "La mondialisation et ses effets: nouveaux debat," to be distributed by European Journal of International Management to itÆs subscribers. Olivas-Lujan and Gonzolex Chavez are also the co-authors of the first chapter of the book.
