You MUST update your Personal Information Form for EACH and EVERY semester.   You will NOT be able to be registered for the next course until this is performed each time.

 

 

 UPDATING YOUR PERSON INFORMATION FORM (PIF)

 

  • Go to www.clarion.edu
  • Click on “iClarion Portal” to the left of the screen

(Your user name begins with s_ followed by your first name initial, middle name initial {if available}, and your last name up to a total of 12 characters. If you have not already changed your password, it is a 13-digit number consisting of your student ID {9-digits} and your month and day of birth {4-digits}. An example of your password would be “123456789mmdd”).

  • Click “ School Services”
  • Click “web for students”
  • Click “Student & Financial Aid”
  • On the blue navigation bar under "Personal Info", click on "Update your Personal  Information Form (PIF)"
  • Update any information that is incorrect on your PIF
  • Click on “Submit” at the bottom of the screen.  If you had a PIF hold, it is removed instantly.

Read the message that comes back to you to be sure that your PIF information has been successfully updated. If you are asked for more information, follow the instructions on the screen.
