Printing and Graphics Express Service (PAGES) is Clarion University’s own full-service printing, copy and promotional center.

Located in the Central Services Building at 840 Wood Street, PAGES employs three graphic designers and one copy and bindery employee to service Clarion University’s printing and paper supply needs.

And coming soon, PAGES will make ordering and billing simple and efficient with our on-line Digital Store Front.

Our mission is to help promote Clarion University through effective publications, promotional material, and any other communication needs. We pride ourselves in offering services that will help take your start of an idea to design, publication (both printed and on-line), and even mailing, if needed.

Design and Publications

Our artists design the majority of Clarion’s promotional material including departmental brochures, admissions search pieces and post cards. We provide various weight and color paper products for all Clarion University departments. 

We can also guide you in the correct use of the new brand and graphic standards. If you’re not sure your document complies with University style or guidelines, send it to us. 

Web Design 

If you're in a pinch and can't complete that new web site, we do provide a web design, update services using the new Clarion Content Management System.

Mailing services

Does your department do large-volume mailings? PAGES is in tune with all the steps needed to gain any discounts available from the U.S. Postal Service. PAGES saved Clarion University departments thousands on their mailings in the last fiscal year alone.

Specialty promotion items

PAGES can also design and print posters and vinyl banners to help promote your big event. We are equipped with up-to-date wide-format printing equipment which allows us to get the job back to you in a reasonable time frame.

Clothing, pens, key chains, mugs, water bottles or any other promotional item you need are also available from preferred vendors who ensure quality products.

Business Cards and Signs

If there is someone new in your department, PAGES is your place for business cards and custom-made name plates and signs.

Bindery Services

We offer a full list of bindery services including collating, stapling, saddle-stitching, comb binding and perfect binding for books. Need your document protected from the elements? We laminate and shrink-wrap to keep your important pieces safe.

Larger print jobs like banners and other vinyl signs are no problem.

Send us your copy jobs

Departmental copy machines are intended for only small-run jobs. Large jobs, those numbering in the hundreds and jobs that require collating, folding or stapling, should be coming to PAGES. When you factor in paper costs and time spent making the copies, PAGES is and continues to be your best buy. Your image can be sent to us via e-mail (pages@clarion.edu) or dropped off at our office. You’ll approve the document before processing and PAGES will have it delivered right to your doorstep.
