Clarion University Theatre will be holding auditions for the hit Broadway musical, RENT on Nov. 30 and Dec. 1 and 2. The musical by Jonathan Larson, based on the opera "La Boheme," follows a group of friends through a year in the East Village of New York during the late 1980s, through their troubles and triumphs.

             The musical is completely sung. Those wishing to audition should prepare 32 measures of a rock song, an accompanist will be provided. Those auditioning for the role of Roger may accompany themselves on guitar.
