InterLibrary Loan Options |

Direct borrowing InterLibrary Loan service for Clarion University students and employees provides access to items from over 35 Pennsylvania Libraries. Students: Your E-Z Borrow Patron Login is 9 + your Clarion ID number. Click here for help determining your Clarion ID number. Faculty and Staff: Use a nine-digit number consisting of a series of leading zeroes followed by your employee ID number. (Use enough preceding zeroes to create a nine-digit number.) Your employee ID number can be found on your pay stub. Service is not suited for most Virtual Campus/distance education students, since items must be picked up either at the Carlson Library (Clarion Campus) or the Suhr Library (Venango Campus).Distance Education students may use ILLiad to request books from other libraries as well as books from the Libraries' on-site collections.

Clarion University uses ILLiad software to manage InterLibrary Loan requests. Local students and employees: Use ILLiad to order needed books and periodicals not available in the Carlson or Suhr Libraries. Virtual Campus/Distance Education students and faculty: In addition to requesting materials from outside the Clarion University Libraries' collections, you can also use it to order books and periodical articles from the Libraries' local collections.

To use UBorrow, access PILOT, the Libraries' Online Catalog and click on "Other Catalogs/UBorrow". Renew Books |
To renew books that you checked out of the Libraries' collections or books received through E-Z Borrow or UBorrow, go to PILOT, the Libraries' online catalog and click on Renew Books. You may also call the Carlson Circulation Desk at 814-393-2301 or the Suhr Circulation Desk at 814-393-1242 ... or ... 814-676-6591 extension 1242. To request renewals of InterLibrary Loan materials, use the options in ILLiad or call the Carlson InterLibrary Loan Department at 814-393-2481 or the Suhr InterLibrary Loan Department at 814-393-1244 ... or ... 814-676-6591 extension 1244.

Reserve a Conference Room |
Use the space request and my requests options to log in using your iClarion e-mail username and password. You can use the resulting form to request meeting space in many campus locations including Carlson Library.
