Scott Kane, a graphic artist and designer in PAGES, and
Ron Wilshire, assistant vice president for university relations, won an Award of Excellence in the Newsletters-Print category for the December 2008 issue of Clarion and Beyond magazine, a publication for friends and alumni of Clarion University.
University publications are produced through University Relations and its PAGES, Printing and Graphic Express Services, department.
APEX awards are based on excellence in graphic design, editorial content and the ability to achieve overall communications excellence. There were more than 3,700 entries in 11 major and 122 subcategories.
