Clarion University Registrar, Lisa Hepler has announced a new method of transcript delivery.

"We are excited to be offering a new method of transcript delivery to provide better service to our students," said Registrar Lisa Hepler. "Electronic transcript delivery is a new delivery method Clarion is offering via eSCRIP-SAFE."

This service will be available for all students enrolled for the period Fall 1985 to present.  Transcripts to institutions that are participating in the eSCRIP-SAFE network will be delivered electronically. To see a list of institutions where electronic transcripts can be sent, view the eSCRIP-SAFE network membership list at http://www.scrip-safe.com/pdf/NetworkMembers.pdf.
Students can also send transcripts to institutions that are not on this list or have transcripts sent to an individual by providing the Office of the Registrar with the name and email address of the recipient and it will deliver it electronically through eSCRIP-SAFE's out of network service. This service requires an overnight processing cycle so requests for electronic transcripts received by 3:30 p.m. will be sent out electronically the next business day.
Students will still be required to submit a written request to release their transcripts.  The transcript request form is available online as a pdf fill-in form under the "forms" section of the Registrar's webpage at http://www.clarion.edu/27449/. Information on requesting transcripts is available at http://www.clarion.edu/5764/. Current delivery methods of regular mail and pick up in the Registrar's Office will continue to be available.
Any questions may be directed to Registrar's Office at registrar@clarion.edu or (814) 393-2229.
Clarion University is the high-achieving, nationally recognized, comprehensive university that delivers a personal and challenging academic experience.
